A Day in the Life...

This message is brought to you from the arctic tundra disguised as Rexburg, Idaho.

Just for kicks and giggles I thought I would give you a little peek into a day in the life of ME.

...oh and PS forgive me as I experiment
with different ways of writing my blog.

Good morning obnoxious phone alarm! 'Boy I wish I could sleep another hour...' I get up and peek out the window to see what the weather is like: BLUE skies.  But what the sky didn't tell me was that it was 10 degrees with heavy winds.

Breakfast was a scrumptious bowl of Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch.  Because it is a lazy day, I pull my hair up in a pony tail, and put on my favorite blue tights and skirt.  Before I leave for my 9:00 class I take one last look at my sadly messy room and
                                                                                                                                        unmade bed...

This morning I thoroughly underestimated the temperature....by A LOT! Well, for any non-Rexburgers, let me show you what one might wear to walk to class:
1) Coat
2) Super awesome earmuffs
3) Scarf
4) fuzzy gloves

...oh and don't forget wool socks!

As I make the 15 minute walk to class I listen to my favorite song Sweet Disposition by the Temper trap.

When I get back from class it is time for lunch...lets just say we have more than enough food...

Well lunch comes and goes, and I head off to math (bleh).  Despite my unyielding hate for math, I do admit I have a pretty funny teacher.  The other day we were talking about budgeting and how it is important for married couples to discuss their finances.  He then said, "Men, don't talk to your wives about your budget late at night.  It won't make them happy. Besides you have better things to do at night....trust me..."  Well lets just leave it at that.

Well today is Monday (obviously) and that means FHE!  We had a short lesson, discussed future activities, and ate root beer floats. YUM

Whats left for my day?  Scripture reading, bed, lights out...

P.S. here is some food for thought:

"Every ounce of sacrifice is an investment in HAPPINESS."
